NEET syllabus: the 2026 NCERT crosswalk
Find the official unit. Open the matching NCERT chapter. Keep a record of what you can use in a question.
Scope: the published NEET (UG) 2026 syllabus, not a confirmed 2027 syllabus. Unit numbers come from Appendix III of the NTA bulletin. Chapter links use saved NCERT 2026–27 reprints, except the Electronic Devices chapter, which is a 2025–26 reprint. This is NeetZen’s editorial crosswalk, not an NTA or NCERT equivalence certificate.
There are 50 official units here: 20 Physics, 20 Chemistry and 10 Biology. A unit can span several chapters. A chapter can also contain material outside that unit. Follow each unit link to check its topic-level boundaries.

Use the map without losing the scope
Choose a unit, compare its official topic list with the linked reading, and write down anything missing. The p-block and laboratory rows explicitly flag incomplete textbook matches. Do not treat a shorter textbook contents list as evidence that a topic was deleted from NEET.

From reading to a paper
Choose a unit you have reviewed, then open the web mock. After the paper, record questions that exposed a gap and return to their source chapters. This checklist is a reading plan; it does not imply that the web mock offers a separate test for every unit.
For the clock and score calculation, see the published pattern and marking scheme.
Source review: 12 September 2026. Official unit scope: bulletin PDF pages 66–80. Syllabus FAQ, PDF page 81. NCERT links open chapter PDFs; the chapter mapping is editorial. NCERT reading was checked against saved 2026–27 PDFs, with the 2025–26 electronics exception noted above. Live NCERT refresh attempts returned timeout, gateway or connection-reset errors; this is not a verification of the current live edition.
